Family Therapy

Becoming more of who we are, together.

Family therapy is something very close to my heart. Choosing to take a step to grow and communicate more openly as a family takes immense courage. I am consistently struck by how powerful this work can be.

My approach is grounded in honoring each family’s values, beliefs, and cultural context. Whether you're navigating conflict, transitions, or disconnection, therapy can be a space to move from stuck dynamics toward understanding and growth.

Family therapy can help:

  • Clarify roles and boundaries

  • Improve communication and reduce reactivity

  • Deepen empathy and perspective across generations

  • Strengthen emotional safety and connection

My role is to support the system as a whole while holding space for each person’s experience. I may meet with different combinations of family members depending on the needs that arise.

Family therapy often brings up emotions that have been held for a long time—sometimes across generations. I’ll work with your family to navigate this with care and guide you in shaping your family together.

I work with families in all lifecycle stages. Reach out to discuss if my approach is the right fit for you.

When you’re looking for a therapist, it’s important that you get a sense that it’s a good fit. Reach out to have a low-pressure, low-commitment conversation to explore if working together could be right for you. If you’re not feeling it, I know other incredible therapists and I will do my best to point you in the right direction.
