My work is grounded in honoring each family’s values, beliefs, and cultural context. Whether your family is navigating conflict, life transitions, or feelings of disconnection, family therapy can help you move from stuck dynamics toward greater understanding and growth.

What to Expect in Family Therapy Sessions

My role is to support your family as a whole while holding space for each person’s experience. Depending on your needs, I may meet with all family members together or with certain combinations at different times.

Family therapy often brings up emotions that have been carried for a long time, sometimes across generations. Together, we’ll navigate these feelings with care and guide your family toward healthier patterns and stronger relationships.
