Individual Therapy

Trauma-informed therapy for those ready to better understand themselves and where they come from, find healing, navigate life’s complexities, and move forward with intention.

Couples Therapy

I support couples through crisis, disconnection, repair, and change. Couples therapy often leads us to individual growth, which fuels meaningful changes in our relationship.

I recognize this step is a big investment of time, energy, and money. In addition to traditional therapy, I offer discounted 8-week intensives for couples who need focused short-term support.

Family Therapy

I support families working to increase understanding, address patterns, and reconnect across generational lines. Our work honors your family’s values, beliefs, and cultural context as we navigate healing together.
